Meeting Attendance

General membership meetings are open to all.

  • Typically held on the fourth Tuesday of every month* during the school year
  • Start time: 6:30 PM
  • No meetings in June, July, August, or December

Executive Board Meetings happen once per quarter, and happen 1 hour prior to the general membership meeting for that month.

Inclement Weather

If PGCPS cancels after-school activities due to inclement weather, our meeting will be rescheduled.
