A discussion on how PGCPS will promote equity by targeting disparities in the identification, placement, and discipline of students of color with disabilities. This is in response to the December 12, 2016 U.S. Department of Education issuance of final regulations under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA).
